Day 1: Arrive at Kochi
Arr. At 1435 hrs – Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest & Relax. Overnight in Kochi.

Day 2: Kochi tour + Kathakali show
After breakfast, a city tour of Cochin and a visit to: - Santa Cruz Basilica, The Dutch Cemetery, St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry.
In the evening, you can watch the KATHAKALI DANCE PERFORMANCE – The highlight of the tour which is performed for about 1`.30 min approx. and you can see how the dancer is dressed with colorful mask and clothes , you can walk around the Chinese Fishing nets – which is a great pleasure and interesting – the local vendors sell the catch of the day and even if you want they can make yr dinner ready with the fresh catch. Later proceed to the hotel.

Day 3: Kumbalangi village -Kochi
Lv after b/f for Kumbalangi is a model fishing village located in the south-west of Kochi and it is surrounded by the backwaters of Vembanad lake. The major attraction of Kumbalangi are the fishing activities and the Chinese fishing nets cover the whole island. Enjoy the engaging activities of the villagers as they prepare coconut milk punch, weave rugs, catch crabs and fish, and also process shellfish and coconut fibres. You can also witness some unique sights such as ola medayal (making roof coverings using special coconut leaves) and making fishing nets. You will have a delicious lunch with local specialties in an open-air area where you can suck in the cool air. Kumbalangi tour village would be incomplete without a Kolkali performance. Evening free in Kochi O/n in the hotel.

Day 4: Kochi - Munnar
Check out from the hotel and leave for Munnar – beautiful landscaping and you will enjoy the beauty of this place. Munnar - is breathtakingly beautiful - a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's own country. Unending expanse of tea plantations - pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests - aroma of spice scented cool air. It's the place you would wish never to leave- so welcome . Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Evening is free to visit the market – the place is popular for tea and different spices. . Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 5: Munnar (Kalrippayattu Show)
In the morning start the sightseeing of Munnar visiting the tea plantations, Tea Museum, the Eravikulam National park home of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr (Ibex), followed by visit to the Mattupetty dam, the the Kundala Lake and other scenic spots. In the evening you can watch the Kalaripayattu show from 06:00 pm to 07:00 pm - one hour evening performance show in Munnar, which is an ancient fighting form and form in which martial arts has been inspired, including showcasing of body control, flexibility and various forms of exercises. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 6: Munnar - Madurai
Depart for Madurai, a city famous for its rich cultural heritage and temples. Upon arrival, visit the Meenakshi Amman Temple, one of the most iconic temples in India. Explore the bustling streets of Madurai and experience the local cuisine and culture.

Day 7: Madurai - Madurai
Have breakfast & proceed for the city tour of Madurai & visit: - Mariamman Teppakulam. The mandapam in the center of the tank has an idol of Vinayaka (Lord Ganesh) Gandhi Museum. The government museum is also located on the same grounds. Koodal Alagar Temple :: Vishnu is depicted in three postures - standing, sitting and reclining one over the other. Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal . The palace was built in 1636 by Thirumalai Nayakar. A classic example of the Indo- Saracenic style, the piece de resistance of this mahal is its carved dome outdoors without the support of girders or rafters. The gigantic pillars and structures represent the amazing architectural mastery of Nayak Kings. The courtyard and the dancing hall are the center of attractions. There are around 248 pillars of each 58 feet toll and 5 feet diameter. Overnight stays in the hotel.

Day 8: Madurai - Periyar
After enjoying the early sunrise breakfast depart for Periyar National Park, renowned for its wildlife sanctuary and picturesque lake. En route, you can stop at Thekkady for a spice plantation tour or elephant ride(optional). Arrive in Periyar and spend the evening exploring the quaint town. We will visit the spice plantation area (Optional) or Elephant Safari (Optional). Periyar is renowned for its panoramic beauty and the wildlife preservation center in all of Kerala. You can enjoy the enchanting beauty of this place. Nightlong appeasement will be at the hotel in Periyar. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 9: Periyar - Periyar
In the Morning you can go boating on Lake Periyar to spot wild animals. Later back to the resort and enjoy the area.

Day 10: Periyar - Kovalam
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed to Kovalam. The famous beach destination in South India. Check into the hotel. Enjoy a soft evening beach and overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 11: Kovalam - Kanyakumari Day Tour
This morning after breakfast drive to Kanyakumari enroute visit padmanabhapuram palace. Arrive at Kanyakumari and visit Vivekananda rock Memorial, Statue of Thiruvallor etc later back to Kovalam. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Kovalam - Kovalam
After breakfast, you can visit Sri Chitra Art Gallery – house paintings from the Mughal, Rajput and Tanjore schools of art. Besides these, the gallery has a rare collection of paintings by Raja Ravi Varma, Svetoslav and Nicholas Roerich. An Oriental collection consisting of paintings from China, Japan, Tibet and Bali are a visual treat to the visitor.
Enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach. Overnight stay at Hotel Kovalam.
Day 13: Kovalam- Kumarakom
Lv after b/f for Kumarakom, a serene backwater destination known for its scenic beauty. Visit to Kumarakom Craft Museum. Bay Island Driftwood Museum. Aruvikkuzhi Waterfall, Surrounded by a rubber plantation, this invigorating waterfall will surely rejuvenate and relax your exhausted soul. A feast for the eyes, the Aruvikkuzhi Waterfall is an ideal picnic and trekking spot. Picture a roaring waterfall hidden among the serene environment and lush green rubber plantation – no photographer would want to miss the experience. Overnight stay at the Hotel.


Day 14: Kumarakom- Alleppey - Kumarakom
After breakfast, disembark at Alleppey, also known as the Venice of the East Upon arrival, check into your houseboat and Enjoy the tranquility of the backwaters, watch the local life along the banks, and savor delicious Kerala cuisine prepared on board. Later return back to Kumarakom. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 15: Kumarakom- Kochi Airport Drop
Check out from your hotel in Kumarakom and drive to Cochin airport and catch your international flight.
